Greg studied piano at the conservatory of music in Milwaukee Wisconsin,
and received a scolarship to attend Berklee Colege of Music in Boston,
MA. After graduating college he moved to New York and started working for
producer Ric Wake and Denise Rich. Building a studio in New York he then
started working for Tommy Matolla at Sony Studios.
While working on the first Jennifer Lopez record Greg met Walter Afanasieff and became his main programmer and engineer and worked on many records. Savage Garden, Destiny’s Child, Marc Anthony, Ricky Martin, Pavoratti, Kenny G, Josh Groban, and others.
While engineering he started to take an interest in song writing and had cuts on Anastacia, and two on Darren Hayes of Savage Garden that were Top 10 European Radio Singles. Also, had a #2 Christian Song with Plus One, and a #2 Dance Song “Feeling Me”.
Greg moved to LA and started Co-Producing and mixing Hall and Oates. Having top ten AC radio hits, and a Christmas #1 and #5. He also wrote a Christmas Song with Bebe Winans that included Rob Thomas as a vocalist “My Christmas Prayer”.
Eventually Greg landed in Nashville and wrote “Bring It On Home To Me”, which Little Big Town later cut and was a Radio hit. Also, produced Christian records for Nate Sallie, David Phelps, George Huff, and played keyboards for Matthew West.
Currently Greg is building a studio right off music row in the heart
of music city.
